Categories
Building Project—Less than $10 Million: Regardless of new construction, renovation, or project delivery type your completed project was a structure with a project cost of under $10 million.
Building Project—$10 million to Less than $20 Million: Regardless of new construction, renovation, or project delivery type your completed project was a structure with a project cost of $10 million to less than $20 million.
Building Project—$20 Million to Less than $50 Million: Regardless of new construction, renovation, or project delivery type your completed project was a structure with a project cost of $20 million to less than $50 million.
Building Project—$50 Million and Greater: Regardless of new construction, renovation, or project delivery type your completed project was a structure with a project cost of $50 million and greater.
Specialty Contractor: Any specialty or sub-contracted project on a new vertical construction project or a renovation or addition to an existing vertical structure where a Nebraska Building Chapter member is the general contractor.

Rules of Entry
- Submit an Intent to Enter form, along with your non-refundable entry fee of $295 for your first project by the September 9, 2024, deadline.
- Entries must be delivered by the September 30, 2024 deadline. All entries must be submitted in an electronic format on a CD or flash drive. Each entry must be accompanied by a non-refundable entry fee of $295.00. Your first project entry fee would have been included with your Intent to Enter form. Entry fees for any additional projects are due when they are submitted.
- No limit on the number of entries by any member firm.
- A project can only be entered in one category.
- Previous Build Nebraska Award winning projects are ineligible.
- Winners will be announced during the fall social and awards dinner on November 7, 2024 at the Nebraska Innovation Campus in Lincoln.
