LEAN Construction Practices for NON-Mega-sized Projects
Austin Funk and Jeremiah Callahan, Beckenhauer Construction, Norfolk; have generously agreed to present a program and lead an informal discussion on LEAN as a set of practical tools for ALL size projects. Emphasis will be on mid- to smaller size projects and what LEAN systems mean to both GC’s and Subcontractors.
