In a sentence or two, describe your business ......
Involved in commercial, residential, multi-family new construction as well as the service and replacement of existing HVAC systems.

A great day for our company is when ......
the customer is completely satisfied with the goods or services we provided them!

Our company is truly unique because ......
of our employees commitment to provide added value to the work they perform.

Our company always strives to ......
provide value to the customer beyond what they expected to receive.

A trend I see in our company down the road in five years is ......
technology will be a much more valuable tool in terms of how systems operate and the ability to access systems in order to trouble shoot them and to be able to evaluate how efficient they operate.

The best business advice I have ever received is ......
when I first decided to branch out and start my own business I went to two people I considered good business people. We were starting a partnership with two other people. I had the choice of owning 50% or 33 1/3% and was told by one person who was running a large printing business, if I could afford 50% or even 51% I should do that because in the long run I would have ultimate control.

The second person was a retired masonry contractor that was building houses as kind of a hobby or a way to keep himself busy and away from doing too many “honey do” projects. He told me if I did not take the chance I would regret it; when he broke out on his own his biggest fear was the loss of that weekly paycheck and how he was going to feed his young family. That was the exact situation I was in. He said that once you get started that paycheck is the last thing that comes to your mind and it will work itself out, also don’t quote work based on my old salary and what I had been doing because now I costs above and beyond that wage.
